Nitro Credits are the exclusive community currency of The Nitro Club. They belong to the Club and are issued as rewards for participation and connection. Each 100 Nitro Credits is worth $1.00 when redeemed in the Nitro Store or traded between members.

Do I need an app to earn Nitro Credits?

No, no app is required. Simply point your phone camera at a Nitro QR code and take a photo � the scan registers instantly.

How do I earn Nitro Credits?

You earn credits simply by being part of the community, including:

Scanning a Nitro QR code at a fellow member's business (no purchase required)

Scanning barcodes on products in stores.

Receiving a complimentary Nitro Voucher with select online purchases or as gratuity

Scanning codes at events where Nitro QR codes are displayed

Watching The Nitro Show on TV and scanning the five on-screen QR codes per episode

Viewing videos on our Facebook page or YouTube channel and scanning embedded QR codes

Visiting a mate in hospital or a rest home and scanning a Nitro code if one is present

What can I use Nitro Credits for?

Redeem your credits in the Nitro Store for up to 50% off car, bike, and boat care products, branded T-shirts, and other enthusiast gear. Many items are sold in multipacks so you can keep one, keep a spare or gift one to a nitro mate. You can also redeem them for discounts on products in other stores and websites.

What is the Nitro Store?

It is an online store selling bike, boat and car care products and related clothing.

Can I trade or share my Nitro Credits?

Yes - Nitro Credits are fully tradable between Nitro Club members. Send them to friends to share the rewards.

Can I buy Nitro Credits with money?

No. Nitro Credits cannot be purchased, sold for cash, or converted to money. They are issued only through program activities and remain the property of The Nitro Club Ltd.

Are Nitro Credits the same as real money?

No. Nitro Credits are not currency, cash, or a stored-value facility. They are Club-owned reward points that can only be used within the Nitro ecosystem for discounts in the Nitro Store and among Nitro members, including their businesses.

Do credits expire?

No. Nitro Credits never expire, you have them until you use them or trade them, however the QR codes and Nitro Vouchers do have expiry dates

Can businesses buy or issue Nitro Credits directly?

No. Businesses never pay for or issue Nitro Credits - we fund 100% of the Nitro Credits awarded. Businesses can only participate by displaying QR codes or providing complimentary vouchers (at printing cost only).

How secure are my Nitro Credits?

Credits are tied to your verified Nitro Club account. Trades and redemptions require account login for security. We use standard protections to prevent unauthorized access. Should any incident befall The Nitro Club data system and your Nitro Credits are misslayed/deleted, they will be replaced in full at no cost to you.

What happens if I leave The Nitro Club?

If you cancel your membership, any unused Nitro Credits will be forfeited as they belong to the Club and are intended for active community participation. However, prior to cancelling you can transfer your Nitro Credits to another member at no cost so they are never waisted.

Where can I see my Nitro Credits balance?

I received the wrong item/I want to exchange my item, what do I do?
In the event you receive an item that differs from what you have ordered, the wrong size, colour or product, our team is on hand to help you get the right product. Returns posted back to us can take up to 14 days to be processed and refunded less shipping charges and commissions paid. All that's left to do is put through a new online order for the product/s that you are after! You can find a link to the return form at the bottom on the website.
